Creation Care and the Gospel Global Campaign

Under the umbrella of The Lausanne Creation Care Network, we are partnering with other Christian organizations like A Rocha International and World Evangelical Alliance to jump start creation care movements in 20 countries over the next three years.  The global campaign began with the Southeast Asia Conference in March 2014.  Coming up are more conferences in various regions of the world.

  • Southeast Asia, Clark, Philippines: March 2014
  • Central and East Africa, Nairobi Kenya: May 17-21, 2015
  • Canada/USA: Gordon College, MA July 27-31, 2015
  • Latin America, Cusco Peru: Sept 9-12, 2015
  • West Africa, Accra Ghana: Nov 9-12, 2015
  • in 2016/2017: Europe, South Asia, Australasia, West Africa, and Southern Africa

Testimonies from the Southeast Asia Consultation:

“I ha[d] never connected my environmental care to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ, which means I never thought this can be a priority concern to a local church. But I was taught in this conference that the Creation Care is indeed an integrated version of God’s Great Commission to the church, which triggered my great interest in this subject, and I will definitely share this concept to the Christian community in Taiwan.”-Joe Ting, Chinese Christian Professionals’ Faith Hope Love Association, Taiwan

“Of course I was blessed with the conference. It has raised my level of awareness about the pressing environmental concerns and it has deepened my knowledge on the biblical principles on creation care. I am blessed on seeing God ever present and moving in various communities of 16 participating nations. I think one value of international conferences such as this is that it helps us to think global (one big body of Christ), not parochial.”-Joy, Christian Convergence for Good Governance, Philippines
